Great workout at the Nature Center today. Got out of the sun and annoyed anywhere from 10x12 400’s at or slightly below race pace.

Boys finishes 4th girls 12th at the 28 team All-American Inv. In Decorah. Top finishers for the biota were Meti and Henry finishing 4th and 8th. Abby was the top finisher for the girls finishing 17th. JV boys team finished 6th and the girls 17th. Next meet will be in Rochester on Thursday.

Headed to ford town hill today for 10x45 seconds ont he hill. Great workout for everyone. Nice to get back outside after being inside for 30’s yesterday because of the rain. Recovery day tomorrow.

Ice cream challenge

Several athletes attempted the ice cream challenge this year. Brock was the only quart challenge particiapant and took down the court in what must be a record time. Brock has finished the ice cream before the team reached the interstate. Morgan, Elenor and Jacy completed the pint challenge. We had a meet as well. Everyone got their get wet today and we had several great performances.
